Jack's Favorite Ice Cream Topping

I don't call this "spaghetti sauce" because you can use it on just about any type of pasta. And yes, it has carrots in it. Deal.

Ingredients:

• 8 oz semisweet chocolate, finely chopped

• 1 cup whipping cream

Production:

• Place the chocolate and the cream in a medium saucepan over medium to medium-low heat.

• Cook until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth, stirring constantly to mix completely.

• Serve warm.

Notes:

• Cover and store any unused sauce in a refrigerator for up to one month.
